Who I am
I’m an Integral Therapist and Coach with around twenty years of experience leading workshops and accompanying processes of self-knowledge and transformation. I’ve lived across three continents and spent time in more than twenty-three countries — Germany, Brazil, Canada, India, China, Australia, and many others — which gave me a wide view of what healing can mean, and a multicultural lens for how the same patterns show up differently in each person, culture, and life story.
Today I work from Chile’s V Region with clients in person and online worldwide. I offer sessions in Spanish, English, and German, so we can go deep without a language barrier — with the same precision and warmth in each language.
What sets my work apart isn’t using one system of knowledge, but integrating ten. When someone comes to a session or requests a report, they don’t get a single lens — they get the confluence of ancient traditions that, together, offer a fuller and more accurate picture of who they are and what they’re living.
In my workshops I work from neuroscience — the conscious activation of the pineal–pituitary center — together with an approach I’ve pioneered internationally: working with emotional cells, where the body stops being only the place where emotion is felt and becomes the doorway to transform it.
In 2010 I founded Despego Consciente in Chile — the space where this methodology was born and grew. From 2013 I brought it to North America through Life Teachings, traveling Canada from the Atlantic to the Arctic Circle and the United States from coast to coast. On that journey I spoke at the Permaculture Convergence south of Montreal and spent deep time with Indigenous communities, including the privilege of taking part in a Sun Dance ceremony. I’m also executive producer and host of Reise ans Ende der Welt — a documentary series on tourism, culture, and Indigenous communities in Chile, produced in German, Spanish, and English.
